How do I sign up for the online counselling service?
1) Contact us via message boxes on Contact or Book Online pages or email us at horizonwellnesscentre@gmail.com; provide a short explanation of situation and state whether skype, email or telephone services are required. However, skype should not be used for 1st contact.
2) Horizon Wellness Centre will reply via phone or email within 24 hours (free of charge) with confirmation of skype, telephone or email services.
3) Book online session at least one (1) week in advance. First online appointment must be 50 mins. The current promotion is 50% off first session. However, it is optional to continue 50 mins sessions; 20min sessions are available.
-It is advised that those who choose to receive counselling via email also make an appointment for the purposes of fee assessment. Please remember that there is a 1000 word limit. However, the response of the counsellor would be limitless.
-Counsellors will respond within the time slot of appointment for counselling via email.
-Clients will receive an invoice/payment request for services only will be issued and client will be responsible for payment, at least three (3) days in advance.
4) Prior to receiving paying clients MUST agree to the Terms and Conditions presented the Privacy Policies of Horizon Wellness Centre.
5) Clients can decide whether they chose to have sessions on a biweekly, weekly, fortnightly or monthly basis or any combination of the latter.
NB: Please note that clients are always free to discontinue the relationship between counsellor and themselves at any given time.
Referrals may be warranted and suggested.
